Dialogue on Diversity Internet Data Privacy Colloquium, 2012
The organization Dialogue on Diversity and an assembly of collaborating organizations which includes LATISM, Latinos in Social Media, Hispanic Technology and Telecommunications Partnership, National Cyber Security Alliance, AT&T, CapitalWirePR, LATISM DC, The Raben Group, Cato Institute, Center for Democracy and Technology and Intel, among the many, will come together on January 26th in Capitol Hill to cast light on the potential menace of a phantom internet, one moving behind the benign instrument that has transformed business, intellectual labors, and social life. Speakers at the event will explore the threatening paradoxes and outline the remedies to be invoked through public policy and in the actions of individuals.
