Verizon/Google Tablet is talk of the web
It is all over the web: Verizon and Google are teaming up to produce a tablet available just in time to find it under your Christmas tree this winter.
The rumored Stingray Verizon/Google tablet will be Motorola-built, powered by Nvidia and will run on Verizon’s new LTE 4G network. It is highly speculated that the new tablet will run the new generation of Google’s Gingerbread Android OS (version 3.0). The tablet is even rumored to feature some type of mobile TV.
The tablet market is just getting warmed up. Other companies, like Samsung, Toshiba and HTC, are also preparing to launch their own tablets in the near future. The iPad has finally found competition.
